How Can We Help?
Nobody likes to be sold to. Root & Branch tries to make pricing and deliverables as up front as possible.
Here are some things you can expect:
- Some work is priced on a project basis. Some work is priced based on an hourly rate ($150 for most projects). For project based work, we’ll invoice 50% of the project up front, with the remaining 50% due when the work is done. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you don’t pay the remaining 50%. (This hasn’t happened yet!).
- Zack handles almost all of the work himself. In some situations, there may be another consultant who is a better fit. This will be disclosed up front so you can decide if you’re comfortable.
- In certain situations, there may be another consultant or agency who is better equipped than Root & Branch for a specific project. In that case, we’d be happy to provide a referral and make a connection.
- Due to capacity limits, Root & Branch is not always taking on new work. This is one time we’d be happy to provide a recommendation if there’s another provider who we think you might consider.
- Training projects can range from 1:1 training to group training. Group training tends to be more expensive as there are greater needs for preparation and project management.
